Coaching Staff
Justin Hemm
Owner - Offensive Lead
ustin Hemm is an educator, coach, and leader with over a decade of experience developing student-athletes on and off the field. As a head football coach, he has built one of the premier programs in the state, leading teams to multiple region titles, deep playoff runs, and consistent top national rankings. His offenses have been among the most productive in Utah, emphasizing discipline, preparation, and accountability.
Justin founded Noble Athletes to extend those same championship standards beyond the season—providing elite skill development, speed training, 7v7 competition, and mentorship designed to prepare athletes for success at the next level and in life. His mission is simple: build great players, and even better people.
Fahu Tahi
RB Lead
Fahu Tahi brings elite playing and coaching experience to Noble Athletes, with a background that spans the NFL, Division I college football, and some of Utah’s top high school programs. A former standout running back at Granger High School and BYU, Fahu went on to play seven seasons in the NFL with the Cincinnati Bengals, Minnesota Vikings, and Jacksonville Jaguars.
Following his professional career, Fahu transitioned into coaching, serving as an offensive analyst and running backs coach at Utah State, along with an internship with the Kansas City Chiefs. At the high school level, he has coached and coordinated offenses at Jordan, Bingham, and currently Skyridge High School as the Run Game Coordinator.
Fahu is passionate about developing complete athletes—technically sound, mentally tough, and prepared to compete at the highest level. His experience and attention to detail make him an invaluable resource for athletes striving to maximize their potential.
Patrick Gleaves
Defensive Lead
Patrick Gleaves is a veteran defensive coach with nearly 25 years of experience developing disciplined, high-performing defenses and mentoring student-athletes. His coaching philosophy is built on preparation, accountability, and trust, with a strong emphasis on football IQ, communication, and attention to detail.
Currently the Defensive Coordinator at Skyridge High School, Patrick has been part of the program for the past decade, helping establish a consistent, high-standard defensive identity. Throughout his career, he has coached both defensive backs and linebackers and has been part of state championship teams at Tooele and Skyridge.
At Noble Athletes, Patrick brings that same championship standard into the off-season, focusing on fundamentals, football intelligence, and habit-building that translates directly to game-day performance. He is passionate about developing confident, physical defenders in an environment where effort, preparation, and accountability are non-negotiable.
Tannar Rehrer
Wide Receiver Lead
Tannar Rehrer is a former Division I wide receiver and high-energy coach with a passion for elite skill development and high standards. A standout at the University of Memphis, Tannar caught 93 career passes and competed at the highest collegiate level, gaining firsthand experience in advanced route running, coverage recognition, and game preparation.
Following his playing career, Tannar transitioned into coaching, working in high school football while also establishing himself as a private wide receiver trainer. Known for his attention to detail, relentless energy, and demanding expectations, he challenges athletes to master the fundamentals, sharpen their football IQ, and train with purpose.
At Noble Athletes, Tannar brings an edge to receiver development—creating fast, confident, and disciplined playmakers who are prepared to compete on game day and beyond.
